Guys, I have the worst luck when it comes to cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle on Memorial Day weekend because my car decided to give up on me. I walked in and I was approached by Bo. My situation was difficult in what I was looking for as far as a car goes, where I wanted my monthly payment to be, and some other issues. The day I came into the store, I was not able to get a car. Knowing that I didn't have a car to drive and that I would be back with my Aunt to cosign for me, Bo and the Continental team let me take a car off of the lot to drive back and forth from work until I could get a car of my own! I returned with my opinionated family on Monday, and it was a process trying to find a car I liked and could afford, but Bo remained patient with us. Finally, I found a car I wanted and could see myself driving, and I got approved for it! My interest rate was high, but they gave me all the options available. Later, I received a call from the finance guy Nick and he was able to get me a lower rate the next day! My aunt and I were surprised by the rarity of the type of people that work at Continental. Usually, when you're a female buying a car, you feel like everyone is out to scam you; but at Continental, they make the purchasing process as easy and friendly as possible. I would recommend this dealership and Bo to all of my friends and family because of the attentiveness and care I received in the whole process. I think it is safe to say that I am absolutely in love with my 2013 Nissan Altima, and I thank Bo and the rest of the staff at Continental for helping me drive off in a car that I love and can afford! We were a total pain, and they were pleasant and friendly throughout the whole ordeal.
