I leased a Nissan Sentra in 2011 and decided to purchase the car when my lease was up in August. I'd worked with Jay Ward when I initially leased my car, and when I came back to buy, Jay had me work out the paperwork with Dick Barker. Dick was so fun and nice and kept me laughing and entertained as we filled out paperwork, and made sure that I had snacks and water during the long process. Dick was also fantastic in helping me clean up my mistakes - I had recently move and didn't quite have my new address memorized yet, so I accidentally gave him the wrong address. When I figured it out, Dick called me and cleared things up right away and made sure my additional paperwork reached me. He also found the customer service number for my lender so that I didn't have to search for it!
